We have always been fascinated by the stars. Here, we have an unusual Aquarius pendant — a deep, faceted rock crystal carved with an intaglio of the Water Bearer. pouring forth life. The zodiacal constellations have long been associated with Ancient Greece. More recent scholarship has traced origins to Ancient Mesopotamia — and we observe that influence in the depiction of the human figure in this intaglio.

The intaglio is suspended from a handcrafted, minimalist 18k gold setting, embellished with a tiny champagne diamond. We believe this is a one-of-a kind pendant.

We have paired the Water Bearer with our Forte dei Marmi chain, whose lean links are reminiscent of antique watch chains. Feel free to wear the chain on its own or with other pendants. The chain can be clasped at any of the long links, for extra versatility. You may find it soon becomes a jewelry wardrobe favorite.
