Shipping & Insurance

We ship your package by UPS with tracking and signature (where available), insured for the purchase price.

Domestic: U.S. (Lower 48 States): Deliveries will be made via UPS Ground at a flat fee per shipment of $35. We ship from NYC; UPS Ground delivery to the West Coast generally takes about 1 week.

Expedited UPS service is also available at the following flat fees: UPS 2d Day Air at $65 or UPS Next Day Air at $80.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Please contact us for fees.

International: We ship to most countries, via UPS. Federal Express is also available. Fees are based on carrier, value, and destination. Please contact us for fees.

Important: Please make sure an adult is available to sign for the package. If you think an adult will not be available, the package can be sent to an authorized UPS access point for pick up, but you must let us know in advance (please send an email before or immediately after placing an order). Once a package is shipped, any change of delivery address will be at an additional charge. Similarly, courier charges incurred for a returned package will be charged to you.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes and military and diplomatic APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

New York Sales Tax

Applicable taxes will be charged on the order total (including merchandise, services, shipping, and insurance) for shipments within New York State.

Duties/Customs/Tariffs/Taxes/Regulations for International Shipments

You are responsible for all customs/duties/tariffs/taxes or other applicable fees associated with receiving your package. Similarly, it is your responsibility to confirm that your destination does not restrict or prohibit the importation of any item purchased. We do not refund for any package not retrieved or delivered due to a customs-related issue.

Layaway

We love to help you add great pieces to your jewelry collection. Layaway is available on certain full price purchases over $1000, generally with a deposit of 1/3 due upon issuance of an invoice, 1/3 within 30 days of initial payment, and the balance within 60 days of initial payment. Other layaway payment schedules may be available, to be mutually agreed upon, on a case-by-case basis. All layaway deposits, payments, and purchases are final, and no refunds or purchase credits will be issued. If a purchaser cancels a layaway purchase, no refunds or purchase credits will be issued. If a layaway payment is late by 7 days or more, or missed, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway and return the item to inventory for sale, and no refunds or purchase credits will be issued. If the purchaser would like to discuss an amended schedule to complete an existing layaway, please contact us. Layaway is not available on custom or special orders.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return for a refund. Refunds are made for the purchase price less any credit card or other payment processor fees, generally 2.9%, 3.49% or 6% depending on the means of payment selected. Refunds are made for the purchase price if paid by bank transfer. (Please contact us if you wish to pay by bank transfer). We do not issue merchandise credits, partial refunds, or post-sale discounts. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery, via fully insured, trackable delivery, signature required. Returned item(s) must be made following the instructions that will be provided to you. Returns are accepted at our sole discretion, and no refunds will be issued for altered, damaged, or lost items. Note that the following are not returnable/refundable: (1) shipping and insurance fees (delivery and returns); (2) customized, custom, or special orders; (3) layaway deposits, payments, or purchases; (4) sale or discounted purchases; and (5) international (outside U.S.) purchases.

An order, once placed and paid, is considered a paid purchase. Any cancellation by you, even prior to shipping, will be subject to a refund less any credit card or other payment processor fees (see above).
