We have a thing for filigree and gold, so no wonder we acquired these two cousins during our last trip to London.

We spotted the XL gold filigree orb first, magnetized by its large scale balanced by the delicacy and refinement of the filigree, with touches of granulation. Very old world, very reminiscent of antique pomanders (but this does not open). Moments later, we came upon the seal pendant — a lacy dome of gold, encasing a faceted citrine gemstone. We immediately thought of a rooftop view of church domes in romantic Florence.

Of course, we brought home both!

Wear these intricate beauties on a French filigree sautoir or an antique guard chain. Solo, or together. So very chic.

The citrine is unengraved, ready for personalization if so desired.
