(SOLD) Antique Edwardian Extra-Large Heart Gold Locket with Turquoise and Diamond Cluster
This is on sale for one day only, for Mother’s Day. Order by 3 pm ET May 11, and choose Next Day Delivery for Mother’s Day gift giving.
Captivating, Compelling.
A gold heart locket is a forever favorite — for good reason. This one immediately captivated us — it is possibly the largest and most substantial heart-shaped locket we have ever beheld. We love this circa 1900 jewel for its sentiment and scale.
A romantic floral cluster of a turquoise cabochon in a halo of old cut diamonds, set in the center of the heart, symbolizes remembrance and eternity. The heart, of course, represents love — and this one is ebulliently large.
When when the mood strikes, wear the smooth side (the reverse) facing front — for a bold statement by sheer size and simplicity.
The locket retains its frame and glass and closes securely. A thumb notch at the seam facilitates opening. We have kept the photograph of the handsome mustachioed gent, but of course, the locket is ready to receive your own memento. The gold is yellow, with a hint of rosiness — distinctively antique.
Chains shown are not included. Shown worn with our Antique Victorian Textured Fancy Link Chain.
Unmarked.
